Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customers can cancel their test booking before the sample collection process begins.

• If payment has been made and the booking is cancelled before sample collection, the eligible refund will be processed within the standard timeline.

• Once the diagnostic package is booked and the sample collection or testing process has started, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

• Since laboratory testing is a service-based process involving immediate resource allocation, technician time, and test materials, the amount becomes non-refundable after service initiation.

• Refunds will not be issued for completed tests, generated reports, or partially used health packages.
